I bought this variety pack as part of switching to better evening drinks, and it has helped me a lot. I have nearly stopped drinking alcohol, and having something like this around makes that much easier. The variety pack is nice because I do not get stuck drinking the same flavor every night. The flavors are light, refreshing, and actually feel like an intentional drink instead of just plain sparkling water. That matters when you are trying to replace the habit of having alcohol with something better. Since making drinks like this part of my routine, my sleep has been better, my mood has been better, and I feel better overall. I am not saying it is some miracle product, but for me, having a calming non-alcoholic option that I actually enjoy has made a real difference. The magnesium and adaptogen ingredients are a nice bonus, but the real value is that this gives me something enjoyable to reach for at the end of the day without alcohol. Good flavors, easy to drink, and absolutely worth keeping in the fridge.

My absolute favorite bedtime drink. I’ve been using these to replace wine/beer before bed. Relaxes me within an hour of consuming and helps me sleep really well. The pack is great because the variety of flavors is wonderful and very tasty. Better value than buying individual cans in store.

I have ordered this brand several times. It is a great product to just sort of take the edge of at the end of the day before I start getting ready for bed. It doesn't necessarily make me sleepy, but it definitely starts the winding down process. The rosé is my favorite flavor, but all the flavors are mellow. I purchase these every time I see them on sale ($3-3.5 a can is a bit pricey for me and why I didn't give it 5 stars).

I never really got into the whole sparkling water trend. They all tasted weird and salty. And then I discovered Recess while looking for both a pop and cocktail replacement. I love the flavors and they are a great replacement for a cocktail at the end of the day. I also love having one midday if I'm feeling stressed at work. I swear by these. They taste so good and the magnesium and slight calming effect are just an added benefit! Yes, they are pricier than your average sparkling water, but for me, totally worth it.

these were delivered today.. i bought the 12 pack sampler. it must have came out of the packaging because when i opened the bag 2 were exploded and all of them but 4 were out of the case and in the amazon bag. i tried 2 of them regardless of that. definitely relaxing but has a weird after taste. i'm not sure yet if they're worth the money especially when you only get 10/12 lol. **updating to say they are worth it and i have been subscribed to them for since july. it's now november comes boxed very well now too

So I could definitely feel a difference like a nice mellow vibe while drinking these, but they do not taste very good unless you like sparkling water with just a little bit of flavor LITTLE. The mandarin orange one is my favorite. It taste the best, but I would recommend making a mixed drink with these. I would buy these again.

Absolutely delicious. The perfect after dinner sip during the run up to sleepy time. The relaxing vibe kicks in pretty quick offering subtle relaxing feels before bed.

The flavor and variety of this pack is excellent. However, the cost is too great to purchase continually m. For a special occasion and fun this drink does hit the spot. Would purchase repeatedly if more budget friendly. Some grocery stores do carry high-quality bubbly beverages at a much cheaper price point.
