device does not work
Product did not recognize the SIM card that came with purchase. I reached out to customer service to resolve issues and a new SIM card was sent over a week later which did not remedy the issue. I asked to return the device and the company stated that there are no returns on the product. This item was purchased over a month ago and still will not work. I highly recommend save yourself the headache and go with a different provider for satellite phone service!

If you can’t see the sky, the satellite can’t hear.
The last communication after all else fails! Just need lots of patience to enter ALL the information in BOTH GEOS and BLUE COSMOS Websites, or your ‘safety shield’ will be useless as aluminum foil!
