Reliable Upgrade for Smooth Printing
This GT2 timing belt is exactly what I needed for my 3D printer. The upgraded non-slip design keeps everything running smoothly with no skipped steps or loose tension. The 6mm width fits perfectly and provides excellent stability across different belt-driven setups. Installation was simple, and the belt feels strong and durable. Since switching to this belt, I’ve noticed improved accuracy, quieter operation, and more consistent print quality. It’s a solid upgrade that makes a real difference, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost reliability in their 3D printer or other belt-driven projects.

Works Well So Far
I got this 5M GT2 timing belt for my 3D printer to replace the old one that was starting to slip. It works well and fits perfectly with my printer’s 6mm width setup. The non-slip version definitely grips better, and I’ve had smooth prints with no issues since installing it. It was easy to cut to the right length and tension. I haven’t had it long enough to talk about durability, but it feels sturdy for now. Good belt for the price if you need a replacement.

High quality belt!
I upgraded the belt on my 3D printer since the OEM belt was pretty cheap. You can immediately tell the difference in strength and durability. I bought a spool to be able to re-belt the printer several times in case of damage to the belts, rather than hoping that a pre-cut belt would even fit.

Great belt!
I recently bought my first CNC router and have been pulling my hair out (and I don't have much to begin with, so that in itself is problematic) with the OEM belts skipping steps. I tried tightening. I tried loosening. I just couldn't turn my back on again project for fear of them skipping and screwing up the project. SO.... I found this belt and liked the description indicating that it likely had a better gripping surface, so I gave it a try. And boy am I glad! Deeper cuts at faster speeds and not even an inkling of slippage! Don't tighten it too much though. The tensile strength isn't great. Hopefully that doesn't become an issue down the line. If it does, I'll update my review, but as for now, I'm really happy I found this!

Good belt, some width tolerance issues
This belt works great on my custom 3D printer, but I did notice a slight variation in the width of the belt. It seems that a portion of it was not cut perfectly square, and this did require me to shave a bit of it off because it was frequently rubbing on parts of my printer while running. Other than that, this belt was great and has held up well the last few months. I haven’t had to adjust the tension of the belt after installing it, which leads me to believe it doesn’t stretch easily but is nice and rigid instead. I would purchase it again if I build another 3D printer!

✅ Best Belts on Amazon
I've bought and returned 3 other belts here trying to find one that was *actually* 6mm in width. All the ones I tried would vary between 5.8mm - 6.1mm and on some printers that would still work. However, most printers use a 6mm idler/ bearing, so all the spots where the belt is wider than 6mm it rides up against the flange or over the bearing. That causes a loud crinkling noise and leaves artifacts in your prints. I was beyond frustrated getting poor quality belts with awful tolerances that claim to be "precision belts". Now these belts, are great. I saw a review saying not to even bother with the other belts here on Amazon and they are so right. These belts varied from 5.86mm - 5.94mm, so they actually work great, fit, are quiet, and don't leave artifacts. If you need a 6mm belt and don't want to spend 4x the price for Gates belts, buy these. Seriously. I can't recommend them enough.

Black belt for comparison, brow in the one I got. You can easily see that teeth are inconsistent and there is no fiber reinforcement. So I wouldn't recommend to buy it
