This stuff is amazing. Recommend to me by my daughter who is a fantastic cook. Use it in curries, salads, omelettes or anything you want to add a rich chilli flavour to. The favour is unbelievable. We could only get it in the Asian shop last in Edinburgh where my daughter lives but over the moon to see it on Amazon.👏🏻👏🏻

The best hot sauce, Sichuan without the excessive heat. Just don't expect a lot of peanuts. In other markets it is called Fried Chili Oil
