Creo que no son para mí , primero tomé un sobre, me sentí muy mal bajaron mis defensas, pensé que era por cambio de clima o simplemente estaba enferma, deje muy poco tiempo de tomarlas,luego pedí dos sobres más y de nuevo paso lo mismo a la semana estaba decaída, y demasiado mal, así que recomiendo que primero ensayes, todos los cuerpos son diferentes.
