For as well designed as reviewers claim, why isnt this considered a 4 season tent?

Exactly what the other answer here says. 4 season tent is double wall tent, meaning the tent main body has the ability to be completely closed/solid walls, all mesh covered, but able to open areas of mesh panels to utilize for venting to avoid condensation, and to also vent for summer/hotter weather camping. The rain fly is the second wall, so that you have two separated walls of solid material to block wind and hold on warmth.

How long are the pole sections when folded, need to fit in a bmw pannier, less than 19"?

Even though I see a statement that this is the new version (2) the images are for version 1 (Vents at the top instead of the doors). Which is it?

Side vents are the updated version. Testing on YT is positive for that design.

Does one tigris have a ground sheet for this model yet?
