Ladder Leveler Stabilizer (KeyLok® Quick Connect Style) Complete Kit

Installation was perfect as I followed the directions, which are pretty straightforward if you have the basic mechanical abilities. The provided hardware was complete and of good quality. Best of all, the Levelok works perfectly. It is easy to adjust to the precise needed height, it is very stable, and it is easy to change to the opposite side as needed. I can't belief that I fussed with blocks of wood, bricks and other attempts to level my ladder which were much less safe than this accessory, as there is little level ground and many steps on my property. It's about time I solved that problem.

This is a quality made product, works well on my Little Giant multi 17ft. ladder, no more trying to balance on uneven ground. It does add weight to my ladder but it makes my ladder so much easier to work on uneven ground

Werner PK70-1 LevelLok Quick Connect Ladder Leveler Kit This kit is well made, strong, easy to install and use, has a pro-quality swiveling ladder foot, works well, and is designed to be rust/corrosion resistant. In an email from the manufacturer, here's what they said: ... "the double row of ratcheting teeth and automatic, back-up safety mechanism are both made of stainless steel; extremely resistant to corrosion. The piece (pawl) that engages (locks) into the teeth is made of a specially engineered and processed steel, then plated with a new, innovative corrosion resistant material that lasts 2 times longer than zinc or other common types of metal plating on the market. The double claw, swivel shoe is also treated with the same corrosion resistant material". In spite of the above, since it wouldn't be good for the ratcheting mechanism to get dirty with leaves or other debris, I store the removable leg inside, and sprayed WD-40 on the gearing for even more rust protection. In any case, since the removable leg adds a couple of pounds to the ladder bottom, it only goes one when it's needed. The yard in front of our house slopes down to one side, so when this leveler is needed, it only takes about two minutes to snap it on the side of the ladder with the slope. I lean the ladder against the house and extend the leveler with a foot - the ratcheting mechanism locks it in place. It really is an ingenious device. Even with this device though, if one ladder leg is lower than the other by only an inch or so, I sometimes just use a scrap of wood to bring it level. If it's more than that, this device is allows a ladder to be used safely.

This should be a worthwhile safety feature to add to my 24 ft fiberglass extension ladder. For years I've been using 2X4 blocks, bricks, wood shingles, you name it I've probably used it to level my ladder on uneven surfaces - you probably have too! Misses Claus left this leveler under the tree: I'm presuming it's to prolong my useful life and/or limbs. Haven't had time to install on ladder yet, but it appears to be a simple enough procedure, after perusing the instructions. I like that it has 10 inches of adjustablity, and doesn't require much modification of my ladder, only a few mounting bolt holes in each leg. Although this product is made in China, (I'm always disappointed when I discover that) it appears to be of good quality and strong, but still feels fairly light in weight, and that's a good thing, because it feels like my ladder has been gaining a lot of weight as the years wear on. I'll try to update this review after Ive had time to evaluate ease of installation, use, safety, etc.

Do you remember the days when you bought something, it came with all the parts you need in the box, and it worked exactly as described? Neither do I but this has restored my faith in USA manufacturing. This attached pretty easily to my ladder and 5 minutes later I was cleaning the gutters on my sloping lot with more confidence than I can ever remember. I was able to do it alone, without having to yell at my wife and in about one third the time I usually take trying to move the ladder and all my bits of wood around. It adds very little extra weight to the ladder itself because the strong heavy part detaches and reattaches easily. All the parts you need to attach it are included, it's super well packaged, and it works flawlessly. I reckon the people who work at Levelok would be proud to go to work each day. Don't waste your time on the cheaper options. This thing is worth twice the price. One other point -go to their website to watch the installation video - not youtube.

This makes life so much easier and safer when working on uneven ground. No more searching for material to shim one side and hoping it holds. Quick and easy install, but when drilling the base hole, I would favor towards 4-3/8 rather than the 4-1/4 to all for better clearance on level ground.

Easy to install. Works great! Obviously it make your ladder a little heavier but alot easier than shimming the ladder on uneven grounds

Easy to install and works great. Easy to use too. Very happy,. These were the best price I could find at $240 but still seems like a lot money however. Hopefully they last a long time and get used much to get my money’s worth!

It was a little difficult to install but received EXCELLENT customer support! Mark from Levelock walked me through the complete installation process! Went beyond! Recommended!

Relatively easy to install. Once installed the Levlok Ladder Leveler is easy to use and provides a stable, level platform for your ladder.
