I’ve been using this fibre supplement for a few weeks now and overall I’m really pleased with the results. The combination of psyllium husk and acidophilus seems to work well together to support digestion and keep things regular. Since starting them, I’ve noticed improved digestive comfort and more regular bowel movements, which is exactly what I was looking for. Only works great when you take 6 capsules or more per day. Anything less and it won’t work.

I had a positive experience with this initially. After trying a few different options that didn’t work for me, this supplement actually helped regulate things and made me feel much more comfortable. It’s easy to take and didn’t cause any harsh side effects. However, after about a month of consistent use, I noticed the effects started to wear off and it no longer worked as well for me. That was disappointing as it had been quite effective at the start. In my view, this may be helpful as a short-term solution, but it wasn’t enough on its own long-term. It’s also important to combine this with good habits like staying hydrated, eating enough fibre from vegetables, and keeping active during the day. Gentle abdominal massage can also help. If symptoms persist, it’s definitely worth speaking to a GP and checking for any underlying issues/having blood work done. Overall, a decent product that worked well initially, but not a complete solution for me personally.
