I have rheumatoid arthritis. I can only walk when I have spenco soles in my shoes, They take the pain away under the front of the foot when I walk or stand. I started for approximately 10 years ago and the soles from that time are still in use and completely as new. I have recommended spenco soles to many persons with rheumatoid arthritis. I used to bye them in Foot Locker, but Foot Locker has not sold them the latest years. So I was happy to bye them via Amazon.

If I order my shoes too big, or if the shoe feels too flat, I insert these to fill in space or to make my shoes feel more comfortable! They are high quality and last for years before breaking down! (I have a pair that the foam heel is cracking and crumbling but they are many, many years old!!!) These insoles are the best! I always keep a few pairs on hand to rotate in shoes that need help! 👍🏼. Highly recommend for fitness minded people!

Would be great if you have very very high arches but I couldn't wear these without great pain due to the high arch supports.

My regular shoe size is 6 but I wear size 7 for my tennis shoes because I wear a pair of thicker socks and add insoles. I have problem with my feet lately, mainly feeling a bit pain at the bottom of my feet after 2 hours of tennis (playing double). I bought two other insoles before this one. I feel most comfortable and support from this one. No more pain at the bottom of my feet any more. The other two I bought were: Spenco Total Support Max Insole and Arch Support Insoles Men & Women by Physix Gear Sport.

The box was opened and the item had been opened and was not wrapped. It was returned by someone before me. I was disappointed because I think it it a good product. But I won't use returned items that have been passed on to the next customer. Update: When they sent a replacement the box was still beat up but closed thank fully. I found the material easy to cut with scissors to fit my pair of shoes. The support is good, not that squishy blue gel stuff, but regular firm insert support.
