Looks good, but risky to buy online
I bought online. After fitting, after flushing it makes water noise for some time, which is bit irritating. Plumber blame commode and supplier blames plumber. So living with the problem.

Product arrived today. Took one look, and booked refund request:1. The product was unlike the picture in the advertisement;2. The glossy surface is very uneven and undulations can be seen against light;3. It is not entirely rimless as advertised.4. Considering how bad this finish is, the price is very high.

Good Product But Bad After Sales Service
The product when it was received has a very good and secure packaging, the product is good but there are problems with the seat cover that I faced 3 months after installation. Infact I tried connecting with After Sales Service but there is no voice service, ever communication happens via WhatsApp chat bot, it takes ages for the chat agent to reply, when I previously requested for the broken seat cover to be replaced, I had to ping multiple times in a week for an agent to reply to my query. After my replaced seat cover broke from the joint, I tried connecting with them, no one is responding to the chat anymore. Pathetic after sales service.
