This says BePuzzled, which comes in green box, but the picture shows huzzle box, which box does this come in?

If my memories serve me right, it was in the usual green box.

Does it come with a pouch or bag to carry it in?

I have a draw string pouch for my puzzle BUT I cannot remember if this unit came with it. It's really well constructed puzzle - I highly recommend it. Buy it. If it has no pouch Amazon sells them and they are very inexpensive.

Which level is for 15 ur old

Not to difficult. If the 15 year old like puzzles this is a good one.

Does this item come in the green box?

Cannot speak for other vendors. LOVE hanayama puzzle (sold on Amazon by "Mind About Puzzles") definitely does come in the dark green box with see through front as manufactured by Hanayama Puzzles of Japan and distributed here in the USA by BePuzzled (a division of University Games).
