Think of the honeybees who made this honey as the knights in shining armor arriving to save you from your health disasters. This honey was in a box of stuff I ordered today and I decided to take a teaspoon. Then I took another hours later. And finally one more teaspoon. So I took a little over 1 Tablespoon of honey total. There are 12 servings of 1 Tablespoon in this glass container. Now I had a really bad cold this past week and have been fighting for my life! I've been coughing, congested and basically tired and worn down from the cold virus that took over and tried to make me really miserable. But I knew there had to be a solution and today I found it! At 4 pm exactly I realized that my nasal discharge was completely clear and I wasn't having the literally violent coughing fits that have been going on all week. As I sit writing this I'm amazed at this Manukora MGO 600+ honey. Yes this seems antiviral for sure. My doctor told me I was fighting a virus, not bacteria, so he didn't give me any antibiotics that I thought I surely must need because I was so sick. Right at this moment I am amazingly breathing through my nose easily and not my mouth. The congestion has cleared. Now I think any Manuka honey is good, but this medium range priced manuka honey is more powerful than any I've purchased before. I also did not put it in hot water or tea and took it straight off a spoon. I was tired of being so sick and now I feel 100 percent better after six hours. I am so happy to report that bees in New Zealand are working daily to provide this natural remedy! This honey is an investment in your health and happiness. I will always keep a bottle around because it works. Imagine my surprise when I turned on my radio and heard that it is National Bee day! Way to Go Bees! I do enjoy honey in my tea and heard about the awesome benefits of this honey for overall better health. I love the fact that it has one ingredient-honey. When I opened I smelled a hint of wildflowers. The texture is thick but pourable with a great taste coming from the person who only likes honey in tea. I can see myself eating a 1-3 heaps per day but mostly will mix it with my tea. I did give my 3 year old grandbaby a 1/2 tsp, she has a chest cold and hopes this will help. Let’s see where this goes to reduce my inflammation in my knee. My research revealed the higher the MGO the more potent the honey.

Mmmmm. This product is delicious and I feel like I’m doing something good for my health. It was a bit expensive, but a high quality product.

I am almost done with the jar in less than 2 weeks. I like it but it's too pricey and not sure if it really helps with the body.

This is the best Manuka honey I have tried. It is thick, creamy, spicy, delicious. I have it on subscription and the quality has been consistent for a couple of years. I eat this in tea and on yogurt, but also just by the teaspoon for health. Excellent product; worth the cost.

1 teaspoon daily helps my sinuses more than anything else I’ve tried. I also take 1000 mg of vitamin C in the morning and in the evening. Beats pharmaceuticals !
