Great product
I’ve used this product for about a year, with great results. I have no night sweats and no hot flashes any longer, and my emotions are much more stable. I used Amberen before I started using this product, which also worked well, but it has all types of chemicals and non-natural ingredients. So I was happy to find a natural product which works just as well if not better.

These capsules are easy to swallow. They have a little herbal odor and taste. I think they are effective for mood swings.

Great selection of herbs for women's health. Easy to swallow and taste is okay. I have only been using it for a month and cannot complain of side effects. Added this supplement for pre menopause symptoms. I've taken it over 6 months has definitely made a difference with balancing out my system.

They Changed the Formula!!!
I am so upset!!! I have happily used this product for 8 months!! It was working so well for me! Then today I got my new bottle. It was black instead of clear - and then when I looked at the capsules they were a different color too!! So THEN I looked at the ingredient list!!! So many of the ingredients were missing!! Then some other vitamins and minerals that I already get in my multivitamin were added in place of the herbs they took out!! If you read the descriptions of this product - it mentions the benefits of ingredients that they DON'T even have any more!!! I will say it again - I am very upset!! And this is totally misleading advertising!!! I have already opened this bottle so I don't know if I can return it!! I will take them since they have a few of the good ingredients left. But I will be looking for a different product - and am very unlikely to be ordering it again!! It is so sad - because this WAS a good product - and I was and would have been a loyal customer!! But you have betrayed me!!!

Did not help with a second of this misery
I would love to say this is the best thing ever but i took it as prescribed and it did not give me one single night of full sleep without waking up 3-7 times all night long. So, I would say epic fail sorry
