bought it to keep my son off of a screen while traveling. It kept him entertained for a long time. He even asked for it especifically every time we travel. He loves it. The die is a little small so it can get lost easlily but everything else is perfect.

Very handy! We love battleship and this is a fun way to carry it wherever we go. It’s great for traveling, waiting at the doctors office or airport. Pieces magnetize to the top or bottom so you can pick up where you left off. Great if you have middle aged kids (or adults!!) to keep them entertained and communicating!

Great toy, but difficult to close tin so I store all in a ziploc.

This is the best portable chess set I have been able to find so far. The pieces being flat is ideal for even playing chess in the car, but the magnets aren't super strong and may come off the board if dropped. I got six uses out of it traveling before losing a piece.

This is a classic game of Hangman. I love that it's magnetic and in a hard metal case so it can be taken places easily. However, it is impossible to play with all of the pieces still in the tin meaning it would not be a great game to take in the car. There are just too many letter magnets. They use up one entire side of the tin so it's hard to play. However, I like taking this with us when out to dinner. The kids can play while waiting on the food instead of whining.

We have a daughter in club volleyball, so I actually purchased this to help pass the time in between games. We haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but I look forward to beating my husband when we do!

This kept my 6 and 8 year olds entertained on a long road trip. Also great to keep in your purse for restaurants, long waits, etc. My only complaint is that the small dice is not magnetic, so I won’t be surprised if we lose it at some point. Great otherwise!

A travel-size magnetic Battleship-type game? Perfect! Sounds ideal for roadtrips and waits at restaurants and airports, doesn't it?If only. Here are the problems:1. The design of the pieces is not great. The cardboard and the magnet separate far too easily, so even before we could play, we had to get out the glue and try to fix it.2. The design of the game itself is very poor, and not well thought out at all. Each player has five little ships, 18 or so red circles for "hits," and 49 black circles for "misses." This makes sense for game play, but the board isn't big enough to hold the pieces while playing. (See the picture I attached.) Where in the world are you supposed to put the pieces so you can play the game and see the numbers and letters on the grid? You could put them in a cup or bowl, but remember: This is supposed to be a travel game that you can easily play on the go. This is a more than a design flaw: It makes the game virtually unusable.3. Okay, let's say you figure out what to do with the extra pieces, and you're able to start playing. Your opponent calls out a coordinate, and it's a hit. If you were playing Battleship, you'd put a red peg in your ship. Here, you try to put a red magnet on your ship that was hit, and... no luck. The red piece is too big in relation to the ship, and the magnet is too weak, so it slips right off. Maybe this doesn't sound like a dealbreaker, but let's say you hit one of your opponent's ships, and you're playing against a kid who's still getting a feel for the game. What should have been a fun game just became incredibly confusing and frustrating, and in my case, the game was given up almost immediately.What we have here is a good idea in need a design overhaul, and until then, it's simply not practical or worth buying.

Es práctico para llevar en el bolso y entretener a tu hijo. Lo malo es que las fichas son tan pequeñas que se acaban perdiendo y la ruleta es muy pequeña también, pero necesario para que el juego ocupe poco espacio.

Buena opcion para usarlo durante viajes, es pequeño pero facil de transportar

The pieces are magnetic. It is portable. If it ever goes on sale, then definitely buy it.
