Outstanding backpack!
I bought this to replace an excellent Berghaus backpack that at 15L was no longer big enough. I had tried a few other 20L packs (including a really good one from Mountain Warehouse) but thought that I would give this one a try. I am pleased I did as its an outstanding daily backpack. Its so well proportioned and really comfortable to wear. The design of the compartments is ideal for how I use it - my folding waterproofs, hat and power bank fit in the large compartment and my diary, notebooks, meds and keys etc go in the smaller one. This all leaves approximately 10L over in the large compartment to carry anything else I need to. Construction is robust and the zips seem tough. The mesh back and wide straps make it super comfortable to wear - I dont need the chest or waist straps bit they are easy to remove and store in the front pocket. I have fitted anti-theft clips to the zips and this along with the general design of the bag makes it a secure pack. Finally, I would say that it looks great - no garish branding - its nicely understated and low profile whilst exuding am air or real quality. I would buy another without hesitation.

Excellent backpack!
Excellent backpack! I carry it for 2 years now almost every day and I love it! It sits well on the back, it’s light and has plenty of space inside, in all 3 compartments. And it also looks great. After 2 years of wearing it daily looks as new, straps are strong and comfortable and it’s very versatile. I just purchased another smaller size backpack from Osprey and would reccommend it to anyone.

Ideal day pack
I have used this backpack on a number of occasions now from day-hikes to carry on luggage. As an Osprey product i have found it to be of good quality - the zippers run smoothly and there's no signs of wear even after a lot of use. It isn't the largest day pack on the market but I have found it to be suitable to hold a jacket, water bottle and a few other small items. The zip compartments are useful for items such as wallet and phone. There is also a clip inside which I usually use for my keys. The straps are fairly wide and I have found it to be a comfortable fit. The only real negative with this backpack is the elasticated pouch on the front. it is designed to hold a rain jacket or similar which is a great idea, however the clips attach above the main bag compartment, essentially covering the zippers so it can be a bit fiddly to get in and out of the main pocket. This is a minor inconvenience and overall I am still very happy with this purchase.

Amazing backpack for my commuter lifestyle
This has been my workhorse backpack for work and weekend trips for the past 2 years. All the zips and pull cords are still working perfectly. Carries my 14" laptop and various items daily. Car, buses, ebike and trains, this bag has been solid. Had a 750ml bottle in the left net pocket almost daily. Still holding strong with no signs of wear. This is the perfect fit for my lifestyle. The straps are nice too. If I knew someone else could use a backpack like this I would definitely recommend buying this. 2 years of use and many more to go.

Very impressed!
Purchased for a trip to NYC, wanted a lightweight day bag and have a couple of Osprey products so went for it. Very reasonable price and quickly arrived. The bag is good quality and feels up to the job. Having used it daily for a week of bouncing around the metro and in and out of busses and various locations, I have to say it has stood up very well and still looks good as new. The capacity is ideal for a trip if this nature and the separate compartment work well. The quality of the materials is bang on and what you would expect of the brand. I absolutely recommend. There kit never lets me down.

Ergonomically, it's game changer, but...
My osteo recommended I use a bag with a waist belt since I commute with a lot of stuff and the heavy bag was affecting my posture. I was previously using a 16L tote backpack made by a popular Swedish 4-letter brand and I loved it, but it didn't have a waist belt (I liked it so much I even put a waist belt on it) and was not quite as roomy as I'd like. I researched commuter day packs (especially buy it once type things) and this one consistently came out on top. It's not perfect, though. I have a few problems. Pros: - Ergonomically, it's a game changer when you have the waist belt clipped on. I had to run like heck for the train and the bag did not weigh me down. I can stand up fairly straight with my ribs stacked over my hips with this bag when it's clipped on. - Chest strap has a built in whistle, which amuses me. - Very well built with sturdy materials (that purport to be from recycled materials, as well), so you shouldn't need to buy another bag in a few years. - Water bottle side pockets are much deeper than and made from a better mesh than any other bag with water bottle pockets I've ever used. Larger or tall and narrow bottles are at risk of falling out as with most water bottle pockets, but these are still superior. - Efficient design -- this doesn't take up much space. They really did a great job designing this bag in that regard. - the grab handle at the top where the 2 shoulder straps meet is great. CONS: -There is no inner clip for the laptop area as shown in the video, there is just a weird red tab that dangles annoyingly. I contacted Osprey and they said it's for water reservoirs. I have no interest in drinking water from a hot plastic bag, so this will never be of use to me and I wish either the red tab was removable or was still a clip like it shows in the video. I hate the red tab. -This bag is 20L, but TBH doesn't seem to hold any more than my 16L tote bag, so I feel like the 20L claim is SUS. I saw a video where they stuffed a bunch of things into the bag, including a long sleeved shirt and a thick book about birds, but those things all must have been smaller than they looked. I had my laptop, a 1.5cm thick school book and a Spanish dictionary in my bag and it was stuffed. -The middle zippered area is flat, so when you fill it, it takes up space in the main zippered compartment and your smaller stuff in the main compartment gets caught under it and is tricky to remove if you have a lot of stuff in the bag. **This is my biggest complaint.** I keep my reading glasses, hand sanitiser, and a few other small things in this compartment. It's not nearly full to capacity (capacity of this pocket is hardly anything, fwiw), but really seems to take up a lot of space from the main compartment. - the location of the chest strap could be an issue for bustier women and doesn't cut the most flattering silhouette XD - Does not sit upright, even when full, which is annoying when commuting because if it can't be leaned on something (and it tends to slide down anyway), it has to lie flat and takes up space. I would give this 3.5 stars if I could because the over all design is so efficient, it's durable, and it's so ergonomic. It's a great commuter bag, just not perfect, and the 20L claim seems a bit sus. ;)

A good day/ commuter bag
I like Osprey bags. I have . . . wow, alot of Osprey bags now that i try to count them. I had to take off my socks to count them all. (Not sponsored, I just like their bags). I often have to carry a couple of laptops for work. One of them is a 16". This bag fits that plus a pair of 14" laptops easily with room for chargers and a few other things too, whilst still remaining comfortable for a reasonable amount of time. The back is padded, breathable for comfort. I like it. And the concrete colour has a nice urban chic to it. Not sure what else to say about it. Perhaps it could have a few more organisational pockets, but that is nit picking.

Muy buena mochila
Perfecto para viajes urbanos. Muy comada, buenos materiales y bien fabricada. Al principio me pareció pequeña, pero después de usarla es del tamaño perfecto

Excellent build quality, clean lines, suitable for professional work
Big fan of Osprey packs in general, for their excellent build quality. I have several, used for hiking, but wanted one that would be suitable for my work commute. I chose this bag because I liked the finish and appreciate that it is not fitted with compression straps and bungies the way a more hiking-oriented pack would be. Has a clean, professional look. Fits close to my back and comfortably holds my laptop and lunch but not much else.
