My daughter's microphone is so quiet you can barely hear it. Is there a way to turn up the volume? We tried changing batteries and it's still quiet.

our's is the same now. It was loud and 2 days later it was super quiet, i thought batteries had died. Tried 3 sets of new batteries of different types and no luck. I did notice that the originals were EXTRA HEAVY DUTY batteries and maybe it requires those type. We had a few toys in the past that woudlnt work with your normal alkaline batteries. Crap!

I got the microphone and it only play let it go and another song for 10 seconds.. Is it suppose to be this way? thanks

When packaged it has a plastic tab inserted at the bottom to the right of the mp3 line-in compartment. While the plastic tab is inserted it will play 10 seconds of each song, and once you pull out the plastic tab it will play about 27 seconds of "Let It Go", and about 30 seconds of "In Summer". It's pretty irritating, I'm sure most people would have been happy to pay a buck or two more for complete songs, I know I would because having an mp3 player dangling from the mic while kids are dancing and singing is not a good idea.

Just want to be clear. How many songs? Does it play each full version? Thanks.

Thanks. My granddaughter discovered it in the store and got very flustered when the songs shut off. She wanted to sing the entire song. Too bad they didn't think it out further. I would have paid more for a better concept.

How do I turn the volume down? It’s way too loud
