The Shart Company (unfortunate name for a great company :-)) is wonderful! I purchased this frame (they have two varieties...this one which is high quality and wonderfully made of real wood in the U.S. A. and a lesser expensive version which I didn't purchase) for a Christmas present for my husband. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens when glass is shipped in spite of the best possible precautions, it arrived with the glass panel cracked. I emailed Todd at the company right away and told him about this situation. I thought he would probably tell me to send it back so they could confirm it was broken and then I would get a replacement (which would take time and I might not have it for Christmas). His response to my email was a little amazing for this day and age....he really cared and wanted to please his customer!! He gave me the choice of taking it to a frame store for replacement glass and he would pay for the glass and the labor or he would send me a replacement. Thanks to his excellent customer service, I received my replacement in plenty of time for the holidays! It was super easy to mount the t-shirt in the frame and it looks amazing!!! I would highly recommend Todd and his company for their excellent customer service and their amazing product. This looks like a professionally done job and I know that my husband will be so surprised and really love his Christmas present! It is so great to find a company that really cares about customer satisfaction!!!

I had a shirt signed by my favorite band and wanted to preserve it so everyone knows that this shirt is special and not meant to be thrown in the wash to be ruined. About two hours of researching local frame shops and realizing none of them fit my needs or budget, I came across this. A week later, the frame came and I popped in my shirt. It was astoundingly easy and looked absolutely beautiful! The polished back piece is a really nice touch, and the frame and glass feels sturdy. Thankfully the band had all signed in close proximity, so the signatures fit in the viewing window! I’m super happy I found this product! Would definitely buy again!

The first thing I noticed upon opening was that the packaging was very good. The second was how sturdy and beautiful the frame was. Setup was a cinch, and it would be easy to open it up and change shirts out. The glass is strong and fixed in place, so you don't have to fuss with it. And I suspect you could use this frame as a shadowbox if you really wanted to. Receiving an email from the company thanking me and providing contact information should an issues arise was a nice touch. Since its a white shirt, some of the black of the sleeves show through, but I could probably place a heavy sheet of white paper under the front of the shirt to eliminate this. Very satisfied.

I am working on a collage wall of memorabilia from 2019. I am a huge Eric Church fan and traveled all over to see several of his shows last year. So many amazing memories. I had this t-shirt made that I wore to the last several shows that kind of "chronicles" my year and I was trying to figure out how to hang it on my collage wall. The I found Shart. Shipping was quick! I cannot believe how well it was packaged to protect it. It's really a high quality frame and glass. And even I could frame my t-shirt. (I have absolutely no skills when it comes to anything "manual" - I'm a philosophy professor, so need someone to explain Kant? I'm your gal. But do anything with my hands or tools or crafty - NOT me!) This was so easy even I could do it. This is a great product. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks for coming up with this!

This frame is exactly how you’d hope it’d be to frame a shirt, easy, quick and makes sense. It’s a nice quality frame to offer protection and outline to your item, only knocks to it are the price and mine has a number of small dents to an interior edge Overall: Can’t beat it, especially at scale more towards the unit pricing of buying 5 or 10 at once

Bought for my daughter who got her NCAA bball shirt signed by one of the players. Easy to position and place the shirt - looks like I had it done professionally or purchased from a collector. Only complaint (minor) is the cost seems a bit high but my daughter was smiling ear to ear and thought I took it somewhere. Priceless - definitely worth it!
