No but they can connect to Ferplast tubes.

Can you get extra tubes? Which ones fit?

Yes, these tubes are compatible with Ferplast tubes, except at the connecting points to the cage (must be GNB tubes to connect to GNB cages and vice versa for Ferplast but the GNB tubes themselves connect together with the Ferplast tubes.) I use GNB tubes in addition to Ferplast tubes for my Ferplast cages.

are they compatable with Kaytee tubes?

No, these tubes are too big for the Kaytee tubes.
