This item has surpassed our expectations highly recomend. The water that was coming into our house was toxic and no good could not even freeze to make ice... Now the water is clear water taste good not that we drink it alot but makes ice no problem . That we do end up drinking . Easy install doesnt effect water pressure to bad over all im happy with this product.

Easy to install. Minimal in flow. Great taste. My daughters are usually very picky about water taste, but they approve of this. It fit prefectly inet the sink and with existing hoses and pipes. Very good design. Easy to replace the filters. No leaks so far. All at a decent price. Can't speak for durability yet.

Overall, I’m very happy with this three-stage under‑sink water filter. Installation was straightforward and didn’t require anything out of the ordinary, although the included input and output pipes were a bit long for my under‑sink space. It would be great if there were an option to choose shorter pipes for tighter cabinets. That said, the filtration performance is excellent—the difference in taste is immediately noticeable, and it’s made Texas tap water genuinely pleasant to drink. Great filtration quality and value overall, with just a small improvement opportunity on fit flexibility.

I have always wanted to have drinking water straight from my faucet but living in rental I’ve been hesitant to make updates to the existing hardware. I pulled the trigger as I figured this would an easy project. When the product arrived, sadly the included accessories weren’t compatible with my building’s main and size. I reached out to customer service and they immediately understood the issue and sent me an accessory kit. This did the trick and I have been truly loving it! Water tastes great and the flow is amazing Rebecca has been a true champion with customer service. I rarely take the time to share feedback but this one truly deserves to be celebrated and shared. Not only that but they also sent me an additional replacement filter. I am truly happy and grateful. Rebecca, you need a raise! The quality of the filter is spot on, it’s functional, and it’s easily hidden under the sink.

Here’s a tighter, cleaner version: DO NOT BUY! I’m a builder and deal with this type of installation regularly—this product is not homeowner-friendly. This was a complete waste of time. I spent two days going back and forth to hardware stores and Home Depot trying to find fittings to connect it to a fridge. The unit came with two fine-thread hoses instead of standard threads, making it very difficult to find compatible parts. The instructions even say: “DO NOT SEND BACK—call customer support and we will assist you with the correct fittings.” When I purchase something, I expect it to work out of the box—not require a call to customer service just to get basic parts. This should be a universal setup so it’s easy to install with readily available hardware. Instead, it uses non-standard, specialty hoses that can’t easily be replaced. I purchased two—one is going back, and the second likely will as well.
