My son is 5'8. 165 lbs and the large fits him "perfectly". Truthfully you may need an extra large due to your weight.

Can you expose your hands without removing the whole sleeve?

Cut a slit in the arm or wrist that's just big enough to fit your hand thru. Then superglue or sew so seam so it doesn't tear more. Bam.

are there any words on it?

No words, just plain black and white.zips up from the back all the way to the top of your head.

Can you pee without taking it off?

The zipper is at the top of the head so you will have to semi take it off to go to the bathroom.
