These four spatulas are of excellent quality and beautifully finished. They are all great to work with. The slotted spatula is good for basting/flipping/frying eggs and works much better than my silicone equivalent when the egg tends to stick when removing from the pan. The slotted spatula has a nice thin edge and the egg slides off with ease. The other spatulas are easily adaptable for whatever you're cooking. I particularly like the wood scraper. Remember to wash and dry well before first use. I gave mine only a quick wash as I was so eager to try them out, and when scrambling eggs the colour leached from the natural wood making the eggs muddy in appearance. I contacted the company and had a very helpful reply from Maria suggesting I soak the spatulas and reassuring me that this would stop with continued use. I followed her instructions and coated them with food-grade mineral oil. The next scrambled eggs were perfect in colour. I highly recommend this four-pack of quality spatulas.
