I've looked on the box and there is no mention in the ingredients of vitamin c .

For me, no, I haven’t seen any difference and I’ve been using this for 2/3 weeks now. As just an eye cream, it’s good. It absorbs and moisturise’s the skin nicely without leaving a greasy, heavy finish. But my dark circles I get, it hasn’t made a difference too..

Does this firm and lift eye bags?

Its effective but expect to see results after 3/4 weeks depending on age and skin elasticities. You will definitely see improvement yo the dark circles.
