CUSTOM FIT - This insole is designed to fit all shoes. It can be sized up against your existing insole, and then cut with a pair of scissors along trace lines for the perfect fit (See Photos). Our embossed cutting guide lines make our insoles suitable for many kinds of shoes and cleats. For more sizing info--please refer to the chart in the photos
