Will this work with goggles as well as snorkel mask?

It might be a little big/wide at the ends for goggle straps but it would work.

Innovative, is this a strap wrapper, slap strap velcro, or adjust-a-strap. if so why is pricing almost double? seems like it should be adjust-a-strap.

This is merely a cover. The mask strap goes through this and the adjustment is through the mask strap not the cover.
