Is this box genuine leather?

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry! This box is made with PU leather. (Not Full grain leather) If the box was made from real leather it would cost approximately 3-4 times as much. 99.99% of watch boxes this size that cost under $200 are going to be PU leather. Will the pillows fit lady times pieces ?

Yes, the pillows are about 6.5-7in around. They can compress.

What is the internal slot dimension without the foam?

Approximately 1 and 7/8ths inches. However, your watch will sit above the slot, you're not confined to a watch diameter smaller than 1 and 7/8ths inch.

Are larger pillows available, to fit an 8-8.5” bracelet/band?

I have 12 inch nato straps on some of my watches, works fine. I have 4 with stainless bracelets that are 8.5 fit in just fine

Great product apart from the lock

Received the box and love it until I tried to lock it the key did not line up and also a piece of metal was in the box which looks like it is from the lock so it cannot lock had to return. Other than that this is a good watch box design.
