will this fit a 2016 f150?

According to Amazon it will not fit. There are other part numbers listed for the 2016.

No, I read a few forums.. But it really is easy... Take the plastic shroud around the steering column off, by taking the screws out underneath, then turn the wheel 90 degrees to the right to the 3 o'clock position and you will see a clip holding the top and bottom pieces, release that, then turn to the left to the 9 o'clock position to release the other side . The plastic separates into two pieces (top and bottom). From there it is two screws holding the assembly on... Hopefully I remembered this correctly but like I said it was fairly simple.

There is a hot link that gives you the option to input your exact vehicle year/make/model. I did that for your 2007. It says it won't work.
