I have a hose with no head it looks like it was cut off so it’s just the hose it self can this still connect to it with no leaking ?

Nope. You need a new hose. If you look at the product description (on Amazon) it has a good picture showing connection types.

Where can I get replacement rubber washers online? What would be the size and part number?

The washers are standard 3/4"hose end washers. If you are referring to the "O" rings in the pressure fittings that fit onto the pump and sprayer head, grab a caliper and measure the ID and the OD, the difference will be the thickness of the "O" ring - just take the fittings to your local hardware store and they will help you out.

I have Craftsman 163cc pressure washer and the adapters that came with my twinkle star surface cleaner do not fit my gun. Will these adapters fix?

This comes with a variety of male/female couplers for 3/4" garden hose & typical washer connections. No problem for my Ryobi. Will very likely fit yours.

3/4 “ quick connects in this set are not compatible with your other 3/4” brass quick connects. Can you assist?

There is no 3/4 quick connect. Only 1/2” and 3/8” quick connects. The only thing 3/4 is the garden hose adapters. You might be having issues with those because garden hose thread is different than NPT which is what I’m assuming you’re trying to adapt to.
