Works great. The only issue with this filter is that most local stores do not carry the parts for it so you have to make sure you have extra parts on hand just in case. The flow can be rather strong too but I put it facing the glass and it hasn't caused any issues. Overall, I would buy it again.

great for the canister filter
we have this in our canister filter and it has been great. The water has been clear for around 3 months now. We had had to do normal cleaning but the filter had been working great

Genuine EHEIM part. Very high quality pads individually wrapped in plastic. A perfect fit for my trusty old Model 2217 filter. My order was processed and shipped promptly. Items arrived in good condition. Saved me a road trip. I would buy them again.

The model of filter was not specified on the Website. I Ordered a part for a 600 series but I own a 300... No problem I'll do some trimming and use the leftovers for a forth water change.
