Product failed
The product failed. Contacted tech support several times and could not get it resolved. Tried to return it but time frame for returns had expired. Wasted $450

Don't expect customer service from the manufacturer
Worst experience with the manufacturer customer service. Can't return the defective unit. the product is a waste of time and money and no way to recover with this customer service. very sad.
