Clunky App But Great Printer
I bought this to replace an ageing Sato. Spent less on this new than I did on that used and it's great. Easy to put together, easy app install. The app itself is a little clunky but really after 2-3 labels it's extremely easy to use. Prints FAST, prints smooth, prints very dark/clear labels. It's awesome, especially at the price.

I am very happy with this thermal printer. The setup was quick and easy, and it connected without any issues. The print quality is sharp, clear, and professional-looking. GREAT QUALITY, EASY TO SET UP!!
SO EASY TO USE!! I was worried that I wouldnt be able to figure out how to use this but it was so easy. I havent tried to set up the blue tooth yet so I just plug it in. I use this for my new little business that I recently started and I joined Pirate Ship for my shipping. So much cheaper than using the USPS. But I still take it there after I print my own label. I would recommend this label printer!

Stops working, trust the reviews.
This has been the most FRUSTRATING experience. I have had multiple instances where I will follow all the steps to connect via bluetooth to the printer, go to print - the app will say printing is complete, but it wont run the paper through, then next thing I know it says the bluetooth isnt connected anymore. I have been battling this NON-STOP and there is no way to figure out what the issue is. It just disconnects from bluetooth before printing and it is seriously impeding on my shipping SLA. I have tried re-starting it, re-starting my phone, everything... NOTHING is fixing the issue.

Great Printer, Sketchy Bluetooth
Very nice overall - printing is fast (this is my first thermal printer) and pretty cheap, nice to just peel the label and stick it on a package. Would have rated 5 stars, but while it is possible to connect this to a PC via Bluetooth, it's a bit of a manual process - have to override com ports in the PC menu. (Looks like it may be much easier to connect to a phone.) Every once in a while it drops the connection and have to do it all over again. The company does give clear instructons on their website.

Easy to use!
Normally when I get any kind of "techy" thing, I leave it in the box until a friend comes over to help install it. Today, I decided to open the box the same day I got it and walk through the steps on my own. Within 20 minutes, I was able to print labels and get boxes ready to drop off at UPS- I literally laughed with joy when the first label came our right! I am not using the wireless option-that would have really tested my skills. :) I would recommend this product to any small business looking for a cheap, efficient way to print labels.
