I’ve been using this squeegee kit for my windows, and it’s honestly great. The long pole reaches high spots without a ladder, and the rubber blade leaves no streaks. The microfiber pads soak up water well and are simple to replace. It’s easy to put together and works on all my windows, even the tricky ones. Really happy with how clean my windows look now!

This squeegee is made well but I wish the rubber was a bit wider. I think it would’ve been more effective for removing water residue.

It's cheaply made, but I knew ahead of time that you can't buy quality for only $24. The cloth attachments (there are 2) sort of work OK on house windows if they are not too dirty. It works better on auto glass. The squeegee is just about useless. The components are easy to assemble and its two cleaning heads are very easy and quick to exchange... a nice feature over the screw-on versions of window cleaner heads.

The first time I used this in October of last year, I was VERY pleased with how well it worked. I could reach high places, it was easy to control, strong enough to scrub a little if needed, and I got my windows done quickly. But using it again in August of this year, I didn't even get started before it snapped while applying fairly low pressure. I tried Super glue, broke the same way quickly. I had to get the ladder out and held the item in my hand. I checked Amazon for product support, but this item had none available. I wanted to see if they could at least replace the broken section, but apparently NOT through Amazon. Had it not broken- I loved it! Update: as soon as my review posted, I was contacted by the vendor offering a full refund for the broken unit, and asking for another chance. These things can happen, as everyone knows. But they offered to make it right immediately. To me, that's great customer service. As I mentioned, I love the system. I'll absolutely try again. I can't ask for anymore than that.

The product's quality was amazing. I could reach in places in my mirror that I couldn't do before. You are provided with a squeegee and another head for scrubbing the windows/mirrors with the cloth. You are also provided with a spare cloth, so if one gets dirty, you always have a spare. The product was easy to assemble without any complications, and you could replace the top part of the pole swiftly.

Love the window squeegee cleaning kit, works well except for a slight imperfection in the rubber squeegee, which leaves a streak on the glass. Easy to go over the area on the glass and fix, but it's annoying that it does that.
