Do I need the anti flicker resistor with these on a 2019 f250? This is for the fog light

They would've said that in the instructions...I didn't install any anti flicker device and mine kick ass and work perfect. Also why does your 2019 need these? Didn't your new truck come with bright l.e.ds? 99% of newer vehicles come with them.

What is the total lumen output on these led sealight 360 fog-lights?

I believe it's 4800 . They are definitely brighter than my holagen low beams .the clarity of the white is much crisper also
