I work full-time at a busy Goodwill donation center, which means I am on my feet for hours on end, constantly moving between concrete warehouse floors and the retail showroom. My husband is over 400 pounds, so finding shoes that provide real comfort and support without wearing down quickly is not easy. These New Balance shoes have honestly been a great fit for him. He noticed right away that his feet and lower back felt less tired after wearing them throughout the day. Just received the replacement order. Keep in mind that if you are a 9 1/2 D as I am, Order a Wide. The cut is tight across the top of foot. So, I recommend to order a wide regardless of size. These appear to fit better. Only other issue is the rubber sole squeek which is weird on flat surface. I have seen the comments with this problem. Perhaps, a better composite would serve better. Oh well..

Fit perfectly

Size smaller than normal. I usually wear size 9.5 wide but it was tight. I exchanged it for 10 wide which leave plenty of room for my feet. Plenty of cushion make walking comfortably. Good comfortable walking shoe.

This is a great fitting shoe. It offers good traction is made of good quality material and is easy to clean. Good value for money.

I'm returning these. The fit was not the same as other NB shoes I've bought in the past. I bought a 14 narrow (13 B width on a Brannock device). The length was the same as my old NB shoes. The overall fit on these is much too narrow / tight. The eye stay panel on this model leaves a very wide gap over the tongue giving a rather strange appearance. No doubt a way to save a little on materials. I cannot tell if the upper is real leather. No more mail order shoes for me. ---- Update: Amazon refunded me by issuing a gift card instead of crediting my Amazon Visa. It took some doing, but I think this will be changed to a Visa card credit. We'll see. I have to go through the nuisance of checking again. Thank you very little Amazon. I was a loyal New Balance customer for decades. The only shoe I wore was the discontinued 706 V2 postal walker. It was perfect for me. The last time I tried to communicate my displeasure about this I found NB does not want to hear your comments / complaints unless it is over an order you placed. Regarding AZ service: The box arrived in good condition on time. The shoe box inside was heavily damaged on one end, although the contents were in good condition. Something that happened in the warehouse I suppose.

i have repurchased this shoe for years! Always the best fit and arch support has been great, but have noticed overall quality continually diminishing, very disappointing. The most bothersome is the squeaking! Embarassed to wear in quiet places, still ok for outside. Come on New Balance, get your act together!

The shoes are comfortable and good looking, despite my shoe size, US13! One point though, the leather is quite thick and stiff, I.e. strong, and maybe needs a long breaking in duration.

Ich musste leider sehr, sehr lange warten und ziemlich viel Transportkosten zahlen (Übersee) . Aber alles in allem hatte es sich gelohnt. Ein wunderbarer Schuh mit ausgezeichneten Trageeigenschaften. Design elegant und sportlich zugleich. Da freue ich ich jedesmal hinein zuschlüpfen, ist wie eine zweite Haut!

Hermosos, cómodos. Llegaron antes del tiempo previsto. Muy bien todo. Muy recomendables.

Los zapatos están muy bien en general, pero se venden en varios anchos diferentes y desafortunadamente en la publicación nunca dice que el modelo es el "B" estrecho. y uno pensaría que es el normal al no permitir elegir el tipo de anchura del zapato.
