It uses a bar type thing to block the trigger from going all the way down. Works good for FPS with automatic or semi-auto weapons.

I really don’t understand what the locks do. Do the triggers stay locked like you’re constantly holding them in? I don’t get it.

Hello, the use of the quickshot is to shorten the actuation of the triggers on the controller. when off the travel of the trigger is set to normal and when on the trigger takes less travel when pressed. Sort of like having the Xbox One Elite controller where this feature is included.

Do the gripps attach to the Xbox one elite controllers?

The Quickshot is not compatible with the Elite controllers.

Will this work for fortnite?

Yes, these grips work with any game, as they only restrict how far you can pull the triggers on your controller. The only issue I've had with mine are that on certain games, like Battlefield 1 for example, certain types of guns like snipers or shotguns won't fire when the locks are down. The only fix I've found for it are to change your trigger sensitivity in the controls section of the options.
