Best Flour for Pizza crust and bread
Best flour yet. I've tried several italian flours for taste and texture in my sourdough bread. The original version of Caputo won over king further hands down. Poselli was better than KA as well. But this one- Manitoba Oro- has the best taste and crumb yet. So soft, great chew and flaky crust. Our pizza crusts have been the most elastic, bake up bubbly with just right crisp and softness inside. I only use a regular gas stove (500 degrees) so I dont have a fancy pizza oven- but you'd never know by tasting my pizza!

Great for bread
I use this for bread making and it’s just perfect. My sandwich loaves are soft and my sourdough loaves rise beautifully. I don’t worry about chemically treated flour or gastrointestinal distress from glycogen. Yes, it’s expensive, but less so than medical unpleasantness.

WOW, REAL UNPOISONED FLOUR
First time trying homemade goods not made with flour from pesticide/herbicide soaked, genetically modified wheat grown in the USA. What a difference... The texture and crispness is fantastic, lighter colored and more airy final product, can eat all day without feeling bloated or sick

Mulino Caputo Manitoba Oro Tipo 0 Flour has quickly become my go-to for making pizza at home. The high protein content and fine texture make it ideal for creating a perfect, stretchy dough with great elasticity. Every time I use this flour, my pizza crusts turn out incredibly light and airy, with just the right amount of chewiness. The flavor is also exceptional, adding a rich, authentic taste to my homemade pizzas. While it’s a bit more expensive than some other flours, the quality and results are worth it. If you’re serious about making pizza at home, I highly recommend giving Mulino Caputo Manitoba Oro Tipo 0 Flour a try. Your pizza nights will never be the same!
