My stylist used another hair mask but said i could leave it in for as long as i want. the longer the better. is this true with this mask too?

Anymore than 10 minutes and there won’t be a difference. I told my stylist I used this for 30mins 1/week thinking I’d get brownie points for taking care of my hair but he said hair can only absorb a certain amount of the mask and leaving it on longer doesn’t change that. Hair is like a sponge. If you put a sponge in a sink full of water, the sponge won’t absorb it all if you leave it in 1 hr - 10 minutes is just the right amount 👌🏽

Can you use this as an overnight treatment?

You can leave it in for as long as you want. (Don’t use it as a leave in treatment, it might cause oily dandruff)

Is this a cream or solid?

It is a deep conditioning cream that you would apply in place of your regular hair conditioner.

Can you use this as a co-wash?

This is a hut eating masks, I would not recommend. Using as co wash
