I don't even know how to live without this bag now, I don't think any by-hand, artisan bread baker should, especially those that work with particular sticky doughs. I originally intended it's use specifically for one kind of dough, but now it's just a staple. I dump all my ingredients into the bag, knead or slap for as long as required, then let my dough rise right in the bag. It takes me maybe 15 mins in total for most breads & my hands are perfectly clean & free. I've been able to pump out 8 servings of Pizza dough within the space of an hour with this bag & I'm strongly considering getting more for myself & to give as gifts. It's my favorite thing every & it lays perfectly flat in my baking tool drawer to boot. Simple perfection! Don't count on the tie being of any use though - damn thing snapped upon first use. It's not a huge deal for me though, I just twist the top of yhe bag before kneading. It's so large that I can fit 3 medium loaves worth of ingredients to be kneaded & still let it rise in the bag. If you're looking for a gift for the bread baker in your life, look no further. This thing makes my life SO easy! Let's be real, bread makers & mixers just break gluten bonds too easy. Handmade is best & this bag makes it about as easy as it can get.
