Is it good for seniors with limited hand strength?

I think so. My hands really can't grasp regular clippers anymore, and it's a bit harder to reach my feet than in my youth. I was surprised how easy it was to use these clippers. They're sharp, cut my nails with ease and they were comfortable to hold, without any slipping. I'd recommend them as long as your hand is steady and you clip your nails in good light, as they are sharp.

Are these 3.5” or 4.5”?

Neither, my clippers measure 5” from the tip of the clobber to the end of the handle
