I need a shampoo that provides volume for fine hair without weighing it down and greasy as my hair gets greasy by end of day. Is this a good product?

I love this shampoo. It gives me body and absolutely does not weigh my hair down or make my hair greasy. I've been using it for years.

Does this help thinning hair ?

This is a cleansing shampoo, it strips excess oils, thus creating volume. If you are looking for thinning hair you should look into Aveda’s Invati series or Kerastase Densifique line of products.
