Horrible product
Donโt recommend this product. I installed this one at my home at Kerala, India. Didnโt work properly even for a week. The service from Hikvision technical team at Kochi also was not good. Now the system is wasting my space at home for no use.

No support from Hikvision KIS-602
There are multiple problems with the product, the review is for KIS-602 which I purchased for Rs. 15,500 1. The product stopped working after one year of use 2. The Hikvision customer support told me that they cannot support this product because this is not purchased directly from their website. 3. I am ready to pay for service/repair charges, but Hikvision denied the support because this product was purchased form Amazon.
