I've had this brush for 7 months now and it's been a solid part of my de-shedding routine with my small (11 lbs) mixed breed dogs. One sheds year round and the other doesn't have as much of an undercoat despite having very thick fur. This brush picks up every bit of loose undercoat on my heavy shedder. It does the job very efficiently and is so easy to use. The tips of the wire bristles are all capped so there's no painful scraping on the dog's skin and the clever way the bristles drop into the hard plastic head of the brush with just a push of the button eliminates the difficult job of pulling the fur out of a regular slicker brush. So much easier to clean! I love it. The purple color was definitely a factor in buying this de-shed brush over some of the others listed. The photos show how much undercoat is picked up only one week since the last time I brushed him. I had tried an Equigroomer before this one but my dogs don't like that de-shedder at all.

This brush is better than others I've used, especially for its cleaning mechanism and my cat's improved reaction. Wow, got this on sale and we were very impressed with the quality. The materials are solid and it's great to have the button to lower the bristles and just wipe off the hair in one swoop. The brush is not too hard for our little Yorkie and so it should be suitable for most any breed.

I have a lot more cats than any sane person should, and with that all the fur you can shake a stick at! This brush is lightweight, the button is easy to push. Comb retracts and extends out of the case smoothly and my cats have all enjoyed a good brushing. Aside from one who is scared of the clicking noise, and well, he's scared if you look at him funny. I like how the hair comes off the brush in strips so I can easily just lay them on each other or tap the brush onto one and continue brushing quickly. Long hair, short hair, the brush has moved smoothly through and hasn't tangled or pulled on anyone. I honestly would reccomend this. My cat loves this brush so much he tries to pick it up and brush his face! Works like a dream. So rad and easy to clean with the retractable bristles. Buy it!

I don't normally write reviews, but this brush is the best! I have 3 cats and my 2 boys have always loved being brushed, but my female hates it and I normally can only get a couple of swipes with the brush before she takes off and hides. I used this brush on her as soon as I got it and at first she was a little apprehensive, but after brushing her a couple times she actually laid down and let me brush her more. She was even PURRING like crazy! This has never happened in the 8 years I have had her. I was able to brush her for a long time and could have even gone longer, but I didn't want to overdo it the first time. My 2 boys loved the brush as well, but they love being brushed anyway. I highly recommend this brush since it worked on my diva kitty 😊

I love this brush. If I thought this company was going to go out of business I'd buy like 20 of them to make sure I had them. My dog has long hair it's a Great Pyrenees and it went through it great it was the simplest thing to just press the button it pushes all the hair out best thing ever

Works ok but is clunky to use and doesn’t really help in tight areas.

The item arrived open and has a very bad quality. It is not as shown in the pictures and also missing the plastic tips, it is bending and very thin and hurting my pups skin. I am returning this item as is very bad.

Non avendo mai provato la Coral Slicker Brush di Christ Christensen, a cui questo prodotto era stato paragonato, non so dire quanto sia effettivamente simile, però è molto efficace e il meccanismo per far scorrere la testa e sfilare il pelo è di estrema comodità quindi sono molto felice di questo acquisto. Per contesto, il cane su cui lo uso è un pastore australiano a pelo medio, ovviamente spazzolare è essenziale, e ovviamente viene via una gran quantità di sottopelo come dovrebbe.
