Are the shims included or do I have to pull those off the pads on the car?

It's been a while but if I remember correctly, the shims on the back of the pads were included. I did not have to transfer them from the old pads.

Would these fit is350 2nd gen rwd?

If your car is 2006 to 2008 it might fit. Mine is a IS250 2008 rwd and these pads fit properly of course in front.
