Happy with the item and a welcomed addition to my workout attire.
The item was true to fit and worked well during my workout- definitely caused a good sweat. Initially had a problem putting them on by myself, but found a way around that by adjusting them - then pulling them over my arms. Will recommend.

These do not work and they do not stay in place. The velcro is horrible to keep them in place.

Great product idea. However, would be more effective if the fit on larger arms were better.
I give them to my clients inorder to maximize their weight loss. I have seen positive results in most. The two issues given were that they don't fit well on wider upper arms and that for heavier folks is was harder to put on do to the shortness of the bands by one's self.

Incapable de les mettre seule pour que ce soit assez serré. Et une fois sur le bras, si vous vous entrainez pour vrai, ils ne tiennent pas et glissent plus bas 🙄cest decevant! Je cherche mieux.
