you have to eat a heavy meal before taking
I tried having a snack then having this and it just messed up my stomach. I threw up, multiple times. You need to eat a heavy meal before taking. Also, if its only one capsule per day, it would be better. Its just a lot of work to eat 2 heavy meals a day and to remember to take them.

I’ve been taking this Thorne Copper Bisglycinate for a few weeks now as part of my daily supplement routine. Thorne is one of the few brands I actually trust for quality, and this one is no exception. The bisglycinate form is supposed to absorb better and I’ve had zero stomach issues with it.I added it because I wanted better support for energy, skin, and overall mineral balance. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste.The 60-capsule bottle is a good size and should last a couple months at one per day. El precio se volvió ridículo
Excelente producto, tienes que comer proteína animal para no vomitar, pero en las últimas 3 semanas el precio incrementó entre un 30 a un 50%, ¿qué pasó? Fue de tener un precio normal a uno completamente exagerado en 3 semanas. Hasta acá sonó el rugido de tripas. Si no bajan el precio vamos a tener que cambiar de marca.
