The bluetooth is not working at all I tried with PC and laptop not working and I did reset also not working

The setup process was extremely easy, quickly pairing with my tablet, and in daily use, it proves to be responsive and reliable. What stands out most is its compact size, which makes it incredibly convenient for travel—easily fitting into a bag or even a pocket. While it's perfect for those on the go, this mouse isn't built for ergonomic benefits and might not suit prolonged use sessions aimed at comfort. Nevertheless, I haven't needed to charge it yet, which speaks volumes about its battery life. For anyone needing a secondary mouse that combines affordability with portability, this is an excellent choice.

This what very easy to connect and turn on. I had no troubles. The battery life works well and charges fast, the color is cute (I got pink) and the feel is comfortable. I took away a star because I don’t feel it is very ergonomic. My husband has an ergonomic mouse and that one is much more comfortable to use. I do feel this is fabulous product still. Works very well with my iPad Pro. Will be getting this again for another time.
