They are durable plastic. They are NOT made from human. I think it means they look more human than some of the other features. Easy to paint.

Do these come with a coat of primer or do i have to spray it with primer myself?

In my experience with them they should be primed, a few of them painted fine without it but in my opinion the paint set better with the primer

How tall is the ogre?

This was a gift. Per previous questions and answers at bottom, Ogre is 2 and half inches hunched
