The item is very attractive, but broken. I thought to gift it to mom, now i have no option i need ti replace it. Very much disappointed

The product though priced affordable does not reflect quality at all. I have shared the pictures of the product. The product was received in a very poor condition with the glass panel away and screws missing. To top it all the crown part of the clock was broken and the the face of the clock had lots of scratches and dirt making it unfit for use. I have registered for a return policy and awaiting repacement ! I would suggest not to purchase it. Not worthy at all.

Please note, the items are being returned as they could not be used by us since the hanging provision is very much hollow / deep & in only in the centre & the battery provision is too much projected & the wall has to be drilled deeper. Under the circumstances please cancel replacement order of the same product, which will not serve the purpose. I'll instead order for some other flat base clocks. I initiated the returns well before the stipulated time, the 2nd Sept, 2024.Please note, you cannot thrust anything on a customer. You expect us to break our walls in three places to hang the clock? See the similar item purchased in 2021, in pic 2 & 3 above which has a clear surface at the back & with a long provision at the top also upto the battery level, with which we absolutely had no problem.Please arrange for cancellation of the Replacement orderThank you.

Accurate and quite

Size of this product is very small and along with price I had to pay 30 euro extra for custom tax. Not at all happy with product. Even material is plastic made. Not at all worth to pay that much money for this product.
