This product is great. I did a lot of research about it before purchasing, and there are a lot of haters out there. Yes, I know that this product will not increase my blood count and fully imitate training in the Himalayan mountains. In my opinion it does help my cardio, lungs/diaphragm, and breathing technique. I wear it during my soccer training/insanity DVDs, and even soccer pre-game warm ups (I feel it helps get my pulse up, warm up my lungs and heart with minimal effort). I can definitely feel a difference. Don't get winded as easily, and when I do have a hard run recovery time has shortened. You will not be disappointed.

This product is great. I can honestly say that it works. Pay attention to the size as I bought a medium and need a small. The head strap still allows it to fit comfortably. The amount of sweat produced makes the mask a bit slippery on the face. To combat that I bought cloth like strips affixing it to the mask and using the head strap adjusting it to a snug fit makes for a good use. My running has greatly improved and I would recommend. I'm now at 6k feet elevation and can run a consistent moderately paced run with the mask on. I take this with me to the gym and work out and I see results in my breathing and cardio. Highly recommend this.

Ordering was a great experience because when I received a nearly empty box, I was able to submit a return and have a new one in only 2 days. Bravo Amazon, and Bravo Training Mask for the Classic 2.0 version that you still provide. I love the 3.0, especially for fitness training. But I am doing the Big Bear, CA Spartan Race Beast which starts at 8k Ft. elevation. Nothing has prepared my diaphragm breathing as well as this product. Even the feeling of claustrophobia that elevation gives me is replicated with this device and makes me have to actively slow my breathing and keep the 02 in my lungs a little longer. Overall a great experience and price.

Arrived quicker than originally stated and for a good price. Works very well.. Just a tad bit snug, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. I’m glad after doing some research I purchased this one (even though it was one of the more expensive ones). Something that restricts your airflow while exercising can be dangerous if not done properly.. That’s why I went with the REAL training mask. The research they have to back up their design casts a shadow over the cheaper knockoffs. If you’re interested in taking you workouts to the next level.. Invest in this. It’s worth the $50

The mask does what it does; restricts my breathing quite a bit, sort of like my ex-girlfriend but without being violently choked and called a loser. Im 5'7 and weigh 163 so I went with a medium mask. I've been using the mask for about a week now and once you start sweating, the mask slides up and down. The over-head strap seems to help keep it in place but this just puts more stress on the "behind the head" strap which Means I'll have to buy a new mask sleeve. It's pretty much a design flaw that will cause your mask To lose its elasticity much faster. Over all, it's a great product and I don't regret buying It like I regret buying my ex-girlfriend a car that she used to meet another dude and dump me. I would Recommend this mask to anyone serious about training and by training I'm referring to high intensity training not sitting around and taking selfies. Update less than a month of use, With actual usage every other day minus weekends: masked ripped, straps came apart. Great product, only flaw would Be the fragile straps that wrap behind the head.

I do Football conditioning training when I work out and this mask definitely pushes you to perform better it restricts your breathing to the point that it expands your lungs when I take it off and perform the same training I don't get winded as fast and I feel like my lungs absorbs more air to the point where I can train longer very good buy I highly recommend this product.
