I ordered the 16' for my dogs who are 35#, medium build. The trick is to be sure it's tight enough through all the hair. BTW, this collar saved me LOTS of pulling, yelling, distress walking my dogs.

Is the prong collar supposed to be secure around the pup’s neck or a little loose? In the pics, it is tight. In the videos, it’s loose on some dogs.
