Definite go-to for egg replacement
This has been one of our "go-to s" when it comes to egg replacement. We will still occasionally use actual eggs; however, this has become something that we use now often than not..... Whether it's baking or making pancakes, it's been very useful. Apologies for the slightly blurry picture as I don't have the most steady hand. Appreciate the brand (Bob's red mill) quite a bit, so it was awesome to see that they make such items.

Found my HG egg replacer!!
Love this egg replacer!! I'm allergic to eggs and love baking, so I've tried every egg replacer under the sun. Used to be loyal to Neat Egg, til I tried this one. It needs a really vigerous mix and some time to sit and thicken up, but it bakes perfectly. None of the weird bean flavor that some other replacers have!
